FUZHOU, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) -- In the past 10 years since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed, southeast China's Fujian Province has given play to its unique strengths in the joint implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and made strides in building the core region of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
The province has been building an international integrated logistics service platform for maritime shipping along the Silk Road, expanding the capacities of the China-Europe freight train service and adopting multimodal transport including sea-rail transport, and striving to build itself into a key channel for the "dual circulation" of domestic and international markets.
