As a team member this course has helped me to see projects from a wider perspective; to focus on the business case and the benefits to the client rather than getting too wrapped up in the minutiae of my daily tasks. Previously I was spending too much time trying to perfect features that were only of minor importance to the client. I now understand their needs better

I have taken this course and it has helped me to become a better leader by building the confidence of my team and helping them to understand the benefits of each project so they become more motivated to deliver. End result is better project outcomes and happier people.
