Rob has more than 20 years of experience in managing business change programmes with a particular focus on people, governance reporting and management information. In his new role, Rob will be responsible for expanding LOC’s financial services practice and establishing new client relationships.

Prior to joining LOC Consulting, Rob was a change management specialist at PwC. His first assignment will be to work on a governance and control project for a major bank based in Canary Wharf, London.

Garth specialises in the delivery of business change through process and organisation design, as well as the deployment of business-enabling technology. His career as a management consultant spans 25 years during which time he has led teams of up to 600 people and managed business units generating annual revenues of more than $800m.

Garth has played a key role in managing and developing supply chain strategies and customer-facing processes for numerous blue chip clients across a wide range of sectors – including financial services, oil and energy, construction, mining, healthcare, transportation, consumer products and manufacturing. His specialist areas are the implementation of Shared Service Centres and SAP application software.
