There has until now been an assumption that APMP is synonymous with APM PMQ but clearly with the 7th edition of the APM BoK that’s no longer the case because of the new areas you’ve pointed out Paul.

Can you tell me a bit more about 3) Leading virtual project teams – that seems to be particularly appropriate at the moment.

This has introduced new areas such as
1) Delivering projects in a complex and volatile environment.
2) Iterative and hybrid lifecycles so that project can be delivered in an agile way.
3) Leading virtual project teams
4) Critical chain planning as well as critical path
5) Timebox planning and resource management

These are exciting and innovative changes to this course syllabus
